SHIPPING
Rest assured at Camera2U, we only use reliable shipping methods. We provide tracking number for all shipments so you can track your parcel conveniently.

Domestic Shipping
For shipping within Malaysia, your goods will be delivered using Pos Laju. Once payment has been confirmed, we will ship out your item within the next business day.

Shipping Rate
For purchases above RM50, your shipping costs will be borne by us! This offer is applicable to all items shipped within Malaysia except for tripods only. For purchases below RM50, normal Pos Laju rates apply.

Shipment Tracking
For every shipment, we will issue you a tracking number. You may also track your Pos Laju shipment here.

Delivery Time
It will take an estimated 1~2 business days for the shipment to arrive at your destination. If you have not receive the package after 7 business days, please contact us immediately. For items requiring special orders, kindly allow 1 week delivery time. We will not be responsible for any unclaimed parcels.

International Shipping
For shipping outside of Malaysia, your goods will be delivered using FedEx or EMS (Express Mail Services). Once payment has been confirmed, we will ship out your item within the next business day.

Shipment Tracking
For every shipment, we will issue you a tracking number. You may also track your FedEx shipment here.

Delivery Time
It will take an estimated 3~4 business days for the shipment to arrive at your destination. This varies depending on your destination country. If you have not receive the package after 7 business days, please contact us immediately. For items requiring special orders, kindly allow an additional 1 week of delivery time. We will not be responsible for any unclaimed parcels.

RETURN
All item(s) are carefully checked prior to shipment to our customers. If however, there are defects or damages which occurred while in transit, we will exchange the defect or damaged item(s) without charge provided you return it back to us within 14 days as of the Invoice Date. For shipping returns, kindly ensure that you use reliable postage methods as we will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping returns.

It is your responsibility to ensure that item(s) are returned in the same condition when you received it. If the item is returned to us after 14 days, the cost of shipping back to us will be borne by you.

If you have received an incorrect item, please notify us immediately. Please return the item(s) to us within 14 days after receiving the package. We will replace or refund you for the incorrect item. Any cost of shipping back will be borne by us.

WARRANTY
All products purchased are covered by manufacturer and distributor warranty. The warranties are set in accordance with the terms and condition set forth by the respective manufacturer and distributor warranty. At Camera2U, we provide a one-to-one exchange for items with manufacturer defects within 1 year of purchase for certain items. Kindly enquire during purchase. For items with manufacturer and distributor warranty, we strongly advise that you deal with the manufacturer and distributor directly to speed up warranty claims. However, you may still return to us for assistance of such claims if you prefer so.

The warranty date starts from the date as stated in the original receipt. For shipping of warranty claim items back to us, kindly ensure that you use reliable postage methods as we will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

Required documentation for returns & warranty
To qualify for returns and warranty, customers are required to produce the following documentation to us:
- Original Receipt
- Warranty Card provided by manufacturer or distributor (if any)
- Complete set of all items in its original form and packaging in good condition

Camera2U reserves the right to accept or reject the return of a product(s).
